Hi. My name is Michael Buckelew. Nice last name, huh? I'm not sure if it was you or one of your relatives that e-mailed me and told me about the web page, but anyways I'm emailing you! My uncle is named Richard Buckelew as well. And I noticed on the picture of Jim, who was killed on feb 24 in Germany, well...that's my birthday. Well, it's not the same year since I was born in 78. But I thought that was ironic. If I could find all of the e-mail that my uncle sent during his great family tree trace last year, I could tell you a bunch. BUT,  I don't have that on my computer right now. I don't think that he would mind if you contacted him. His e-mail address is rlbuckelew@mindspring.com and he should respond fairly quickly. I'll ask him for info next time I see him (probably in May). If you need any help or advice on the web page, I'm here and I have some experience doing that. Right now I'm the webmaster for the fraternity I'm in here at UGA and I'm creating a web page for my section in the Redcoat Band. I'll list those below in case you want to visit them. All that I can personally remember about my uncle's info was that most of the Buckelews he found were in the Alabama area. One of them was in the Battle of Gettysburg from the 13th or 14th Alabama. I know that one of my not too distant relatives...on my grandmother's side (Bartlett)...was the mayor of Boaz, AL (where she lived until a few years ago). That's all that I can tell you right now. Drop me a line so I know that someone gets this! Thanks and talk to you later.   Michael Buckelew

Well, I am the son of Thomas Kerry Buckelew. Not sure if that's who you're
referring to. My website address is http://www.arches.uga.edu/~mtbuck and
you gotta see it! It's lame right now because I'm concentration on the Kappa
Kappa Psi web page here. We're getting installed as a chapter. KKPsi is the
national honorary fraternity for college bandmembers. The site for here is
http://www.uga.edu/kkpsi and it's updated very often. Well, hope to hear
from you again soon.
