First and second conjugation active verbs turn into first and second
conjugation passive verbs, respectively, if you want to put them into
the passive voice; third conjugation active verbs don't turn into any of
the three passive conjugations presented here.Passive verbs
Greek does not use an auxiliary verb for the passive voice, as English
does (I beat -> I am beaten); rather, it has its own set of
endings for passive verbs. Not all verbs with passive endings are
passive in meaning, though; they can be
