I have a few advantages that most poets have. First, my self-esteem and self-delusion have transcended into self-reverence. This is evidenced by the fact that I'm really probably not a very good writer, but I'm too stupid to know it. Second, I'm unashamed to publish my work - further evidence that I'm delusional and not too bright. Third, my friends are too nice to hurt my feelings, so I always think better of my poems than they probably deserve.
Anyway, some poems follow. These are a little more personal than the recipes, obviously, and they're not kitchen-tested, so they may leave you feeling queasy. Take a Tums and relax.
So far, there are only three poems. I'm trying to leave you something worth reading, AND I do have other things to do. Hey - YOU try being a legend in your own time, OK?
