The student will be expected to produce at least two research projects, should he or she wish to continue to the full extent of the program. This first one is not meant to be terribly daunting and need only actually consist of a proposal.
This proposal should meet the following criteria:
1. It should describe an experiment by which the presence and operation of the Glyph might be (more or less) scientifically detected. 2. It should describe the way the data is gathered and show a means for interpretting that data, as well as present an argument for the margins of error allowed in that data. 3. Whether the nature of the experiment is of an objective or subjective nature, prepare to make known the method of statistical analysis of the data. 4. It should be realistic and within the current budjet of the working group.
