The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy

First, a few simple facts about the assassination of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King.

Dr. King was against the Vietnam War and against the election of Richard Nixon. He was leading the African Americans to vote against Nixon and against the war in 1968. But after his death on April 4, 1968, the African American vote was nullified and Nixon was able to win the election.

Secondly, no one has satisfactorily answered how Dr. King just happened to walk out on the balcony of the motel room in which he was staying at the precise moment a sniper was waiting to shoot him. Is it just a coincidence that Dr. King walked out on a motel balcony where a sniper could get a clear shot at him, a sniper who allegedly had been waiting in a public rest room for an unknown amount of time?

If one believes that James Earl Ray did the shooting, then it is an uncanny coincidence that both he and Dr. King just happen to be where they both were at the time of the shooting. But if one does not believe that Ray killed King, then one must ask: How did the assassinator know that Dr. King was going to be on the balcony at just the right time?

It is my belief that Dr. King was he led out there by a Judas in his own camp. Who this Judas was is unknown; one can only offer conjecture.

Finally, it is true that Mr. Ray confessed but he recanted his confession three days after he made it in open court. He said that his lawyer coerced him into making a confession to avoid the death penalty. He also professed, as did Oswald, that he was framed.

Now a few simple facts about the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy.

After winning the California primary, Senator Kennedy was almost sure to win the 1968 Democratic nomination for President. He would then probably have gone on to defeat Richard Nixon and become President. But his efforts were stopped on June 5, 1968, when he was shot and then died about 25 hours later on June 6. Robert Kennedy was also against the Vietnam War and did not believe the official version of his brother’s assassination.

Sirhan Bishara Sirhan (who allegedly wrote RFK must die on the June 6th page of his “diary”) was to the left front of Senator Kennedy and about three feet away from him when the shots were fired. The fatal bullet hit Robert Kennedy just behind the right ear, leaving powder residue on him.

Security guard Thane Eugene Cesar was to the right rear of Robert Kennedy holding his right elbow when the fatal shot was fired. Cesar was the only other person in position to have fired the fatal bullet. He admitted to drawing his gun but said that he did not fire it. (That gun was never checked to ascertain whether or not it was fired.)

Cesar also owned a .22 caliber pistol (the caliber of pistol used to kill Kennedy) but said that he sold that pistol before the assassination. But the purchaser of the gun had a receipt dated after the assassination. The gun has since been lost.

Then there was a mix-up regarding the pistol Sirhan had in his possession and another .22 pistol as to which one is supposed to have fired the fatal bullet.

The kitchen pantry area was not sealed off by the authorities for several minutes after the shooting, allowing several people to enter and leave the room. Cesar has admitted to leaving the pantry area immediately after the shooting and then returning. Could any of these people have shot Kennedy either by accident or as part of a conspiracy?

The investigation focused immediately on Sirhan to the exclusion of all others. Just as in the case of Oswald, it started with a preconceived idea of the facts.

Finally, Cesar started to work part time for the security company just before the assassination and then quit immediately after. He also worked for Lockeed the manufacturer of the U-2 spy plane.

Lee Harvey Oswald was an American spy. While in the Marine Corps he had been trained as such while stationed in Atsugi, Japan, the CIA base for U-2 spy planes.

He could speak fluent Russian and had been sent to the Soviet Union in 1959 under the guise of defecting when in reality he was a double agent. He brought with him information about the U-2 spy plane and gave it to the Soviet government. They used this information to shoot down Francis Gary Powers in 1960. (Soviet intelligence lacked the technology to shoot down the U-2 spy plane before Oswald “defected.”)

That was the bait, Oswald was the hook. But the KGB (the Soviet equivalent of the CIA) did not succumb to the trap. Instead they gave him a job in a radio and television factory and kept him under constant surveillance.

The KGB did not use Oswald in the way the CIA wanted them to use him. That is, Oswald never got access to any secret files or other confidential information which the U.S. intelligence community hoped he would get.

So, at the first opportunity to bring him home the U.S. Government did so. This is why he was not arrested for treason upon returning to America in June 1962. After he got back to America he began to work for the FBI as an undercover agent.

In 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald promoted the New Orleans chapter for the Fair Play for Cuba Committee, (FPCC) a leftist pro-Castro organization. But at the same time he maintained a close friendship with many rightwing anti-Castro individuals both in Dallas (e.g. wealthy Texan oilmen David H. Byrd, Clint Murchinson, and Howard Hughes) and in New Orleans (e.g. David W. Ferrie, Guy F. Bannister, and Clay L. Shaw).

One should note that Byrd was the sole owner of the Texas School Book Depository, where Oswald worked at the time of the assassination, and co-founder of the Civil Air Patrol of which both Oswald and Ferrie were members. Further, the FPCC was only a front for Oswald; he was its only member.

At the time of the assassination of President Kennedy Oswald was working with the FBI domestic intelligence division. He was told by his superiors to be on the lookout for any potential threats to President Kennedy. But this was only a ruse in case he accidentally stumbled onto the real assassination plot, which the rightwing fanatics were at time planning.

Besides, passing out pro-Castro literature was the easiest way to infiltrate any subversive groups or other leftwing organizations and for the real assassinators to cover their true intentions. But then this is what double agents do; they maintain connections with both sides while remaining loyal to only one.

In the months preceding the assassination of President Kennedy someone was obviously trying to frame Oswald.

For example, someone who spoke only broken Russian and did not resemble Oswald impersonated him at the Cuban Consulate in Mexico.

In November 1963, a man claiming to be Oswald asked about buying a car from a Dallas car dealership; he said he was about to come into a lot of money. He took a demonstration ride, driving the car at excessive speeds but the real Lee Harvey Oswald could not drive a car. The salesman gave a description of the man that did not match that of Oswald.

Also in November, someone went to a rifle range, fired at other people’s targets, made a lot of commotion and then made sure everyone present knew that he was Lee Harvey Oswald by loudly calling out his name.

On the day of the assassination there was one unspent bullet still in the chamber of the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle allegedly found on the sixth floor of the depository building and three empty cartridges at the scene. Oswald did not have any 6.5 mm bullets on his person nor among his possessions. So, what happened to the rest of the ammunition?

Finally, it is IMPOSSIBLE for a bullet to cause all the damage the Magic Bullet (Commission Exhibit #399) is alleged to have caused and remain in pristine condition. This bullet, which was found on a stretcher in Parkland Hospital in Dallas, was obviously planted by the conspirators in their attempt to frame Oswald. One should note that small fragments of the bullet that hit John Connally were never removed from him and are buried with him.

This becomes even more apparent when one considers the fact that Dr. David Osborne, Captain, Chief of Surgery at Bethesda Naval Hospital, picked-up a pristine bullet that fell onto the autopsy table on which the body of John Kennedy lay. This bullet was confiscated by the Secret Service and never seen again. (Lifton, 590ff, 646ff)

These are only a few examples of how someone was creating a false trail that would lead to Oswald. One can find many more instances with just a superficial review of the facts.

In order to frame Oswald, the conspirators purchased the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle through the mail and planted it on the sixth floor of the depository on the morning of the assassination (Rush, p.21-22).

At the time of the assassination, Oswald was either in the lunch room on the second floor of the depository building or standing in the doorway of the front entrance of the building. There is even a photograph of someone strongly resembling Oswald standing in front of the building at the time of the assassination. It was widely published in numerous magazines after the assassination.

The real assassin was behind the picket fence on the grassy knoll to the right front of Kennedy’s limousine. The Mannlicher-Carcano was probably used to shoot Governor John Connally. Although it could have been another rifle, as the original description of the rifle found on the sixth floor was that of a 7.65 German Mauser.

Then a pristine bullet from the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle (Commission Exhibit #399) was placed on a stretcher at Parkland Hospital. (One should note that Darrell C. Tomlinson – the man who found the bullet – has gone on record as stating that he found this bullet on a stretcher that was not Connally’s.)

Then two bullet fragments, also from that rifle, were put on the floor of the front seat of the President’s limousine. Where they all could be conveniently found and later matched to the Mannlicher-Carcano. This was so they could frame Oswald for the assassination.

One should not need to be reminded that Oswald strongly proclaimed his innocence and several times said that he was a patsy. In other words, Oswald said that he was being framed for a crime he did not commit. However, neither Lynette Fromme, Sara Jane Moore, nor John Hinckley — each lone assassins — ever tried to proclaim their innocence.

Officer Tippet was then shot so as to have an excuse to follow Oswald to the movie theater where he was arrested.

It is my personal belief that Tippet drove Oswald from his rooming house to the theater that day. The reason that I believe that Tippet drove Oswald was because a police car was seen near Oswald’s rooming house just a few minutes prior to the shooting of Tippet.

Also, there is a timing factor involved. From the time he was last seen at his rooming house to when he was seen entering the movie theater, there was not enough time for Oswald to walk from his rooming house to the movie theater and then get there at the time he was seen entering it.

Someone had to have driven him and dropped him off near the theater. I believe that someone was Tippet. Why else would Tippet be the only Dallas police officer not at Dealey Plaza that afternoon?

The real murderer of Officer Tippet drove with him and Oswald to the vicinity of the movie theater where Oswald was dropped off. Oswald was told to go to the movie theater and to wait for further instructions from those in the intelligence community with whom he was working. The murderer of Tippet then got Tippet to drop him off near the corner of Tenth and Patton, where he then shot Tippet.

Whether Tippet was part of the conspiracy is unknown. (He may have been just as innocent as Oswald, following the orders of his superiors.) But he surely did not know that he was going to get murdered in order to lead the police straight to Oswald.

After killing Tippet, the killer went and hid in a nearby church after dropping Oswald’s jacket around the corner, where it too could be conveniently found. This jacket is another reason I believe that Tippet drove Oswald near to the theater, for how else did his murderer get Oswald’s jacket?

It is my belief that those in charge of the conspiracy all hated John Kennedy and each had his own reason for wanting him dead.

Of those individuals in charge of the assassination, someone had to have connections with Texas oil because it was Texas oil that financed the hit. He had to have connections with Dallas organized crime in order to induce Jack Ruby (an organized crime figure in Dallas at the time) to kill Oswald. He had to be politically powerful in order to control the FBI and the CIA in the subsequent investigations that would surely follow.

That someone had to have influence with the U.S. military in order to control the subsequent autopsy. (Neither Castro, anti-Castro Cubans, organized crime nor the Soviet government could have controlled this event or the subsequent investigations. Thus, they must be eliminated as suspects.)

Finally, that someone among the conspirators had to have influence with the Secret Service in order to get help in later planting evidence that would incriminate Oswald.

Robert Kennedy and Dr. King were murdered in order to maintain the conspiracy and control of the executive branch of the government. Had they not been assassinated then there was a strong possibility that the truth about the murder of John Kennedy would have become known.

I obtained all the above information by diligently searching through the many hypotheses on the three assassinations and separating fact from fiction by applying the Principle of Occam’s Razor. That is, whatever seemed simple and logical is probably the correct solution.

In order to follow lone assassin nut hypotheses an individual has to make up all kinds of scenarios, postulate many different angles of trajectory and invent fantastic reconstructions of the events. But a simple, logical explanation for each of these murders leads one to one undeniable conclusion, that John and Robert Kennedy and Dr. King were all murdered by the same group of conspirators in order to maintain control of the presidency.

The above information plus what I have written elsewhere should be enough information to exonerate Oswald, Ray, and Sirhan and build a foundation for a theory of who killed President John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, and Robert F. Kennedy.
