Waiting For Me

Though the angels took my lover,
over a rainbow I can't see,
he sings a gentle song so calming,
and he sings it just for me.



We shared a love so strong and shining,
on this earthly plane below,
his simple song of love reminds me,
he'll be there where ever I go.



Guide my final years with laughter,
love,
and clearer eyes to see,
til I'm carried over that rainbow,
