Ok hi there folks, I feel that our rights to freedom have been stolen from us. Its our fore-fathers fault!(to err is human but to blame it on somebody else is sure genius!)My beleif in this is the fact that we follow the Majority Rules!? Does the Catholic's tell the muslems what they can or can not do? No. Does Budisits tell Mormons what they can or can not do? No! Does "Christianized socioty" try to tell the rest of us who are not christian, What to do or most esepcally not to do??? They shoulden't, but there gona try anyway!!! Why, because they can! Majority Rules Rrrrright? Wrong!!! The consitution gave us "Inable Rights" So in our socioty how do we keep our freedoms? We take it to court! But the rules there say you need a lawer in order to petition the court, for a ruleing. Here's a list of things I beleive we have within the consitutional rights of everyone.

1. Separtion between church and state! To this day judges are sworn in, as well as the oath of truth, by invocating the "Christian God". Well I had handled this was by saying "By Myself, I Do!!! By this I meant "By the only god I'd swear by in the holy temple of Law, Myself!!! I so swear!" I feel that these oaths should be based on Law, and nothing but. My examle is "Do you, by the state of california, by the laws of perjury, will tell the truth and only the truth?
   
   
2. Freedom of Speach, Like ya right, if I was before a judge and said the word F**K as an example I'd be held in contempt of court! Why because the judge doesn't want to hear word like that, but it's an abuse of a judge's power to force people what to or not to say. Now if say the plantiff said F**K while the Defence was talking then its a case of interupting court procedure and that's clearly in the judge's perview. But as long as no comment is addressed to anybody inside the courtroom and the words are used as exclamtion marks They should be allowed by law!
   
   
3. Consitiution says we have the right to persue freedom and happyness! But what if a person chose that they do not wish to live anymore. That they would be happiest off this planet Do they have that right? No, its been taken from them from those who say "It not right!" But its still a constitutional right! But its still against the law!!!
   
   
4. Where anyone may carrie a Athmea, no matter where they go!!!
   
   
5. A womans right to chose!!! "Christianized socioty" is trying to stop a right by changeing the law once more, if its a constitutional right, then it should never be taken away from us!! Those who would never do such a thing, is trying to take a right away from someone who would!!! Which is a constitutional right so how do they get away with it.
   
   
6. The religious right to smoke . The native american Indian its been said that they can use Peoty during their religious services. So why can't we use what we wish (ex. Mary Jane) Because somebody else says we can't??? How wrong is this???
   
   
7. Tempels to the goddess Venus or such! People will try to call them brothels, but a temple decated to the worship of Venus, Aphordity, Cupid, etc, etc, etc!
   
   
8. Protect Marriage by keeping it between man and Wife!!!(ROFLAO!!!) Righttttt the only way one could protect marriage is by haveing all wedding chappels computer linked and crossed refferenced so when anyone tries to marry more then one person at a time the "2nd" person being married will find out while its still time to get out of the marrage. Now lets talk about the other side of the issue. Why can't 2 women or 2 men marry? Don't they desurve happiness just like the rest of us? B.O.C. there's evil people who don't think about these others as people, just as zero class citizen's (also known as slaves and the like)!!!
   
   
9. Keep "christian's voices down (in public)!! By this I mean to take away any speaker(s),bullhorn(s),or such. When they wish to go and stand on a corner, and extolls the virtue of their faith, but while doing so he's blareing into a person's ear!(Also remember that there are guide dogs that might get there ears hurt because of the "blareing" into their more senstive ears... If they (christians) still need to adress there own group they can still get licencies to do so! but never to stand in a group of 20-30 people, standing in the middle of Hollywood Blvd, haveing a bull horn, on Holloween Night!!!! Saying "that selabrating this hollyday is Evil!" They may have the right to use there own voices that there dark god gave them!!! But not when they insult the rest of us over there beliefs!!! Do "christians" act like their Christ, when they do this? NO!!! They are in fact pushing me away from their dark faith. And I give out only one chance to each person to "save my soul" and they do things like this, they lose that only chance!
