Continuum
Consulting Services designed the Continuum Concept Model as a template to
determine our client's needs and the strategies to best meet them. The model
represents the culmination and blending of valued theories, models, techniques,
beliefs, and professional experiences. We utilize the Continuum Concept
Model to coach and consult our clients as they navigate their journey along
the continuum toward a desired destination. |
|
|
1.
The Immediate Situation |
|
The
model is initiated with dialogue and assessment to discover and understand
our client's "immediate situation". For example, we might ascertain
our client's individual and collective thoughts, feelings and reactions
to a recent reorganization or change. In our experience, we have found that
the clients who commit time and resources to processing the dynamics of
their "immediate situation" have a greater success rate of achieving
their future goals. |
|
2.
Current Status and/or Transitional Needs |
|
We
then continue dialogue to determine our client's "current status"
and perceived needs. We provide the support, skills, processes and experiences
necessary to address the current needs. They may include: skill development;
meeting facilitation; conflict resolution; and organizational change consultation. |
|
|
3.
Future Vision and Goals |
|
|
Through
collaborative dialogues, desired visions and subsequent goals are shared
and determined so that strategies for achievement may be discussed and accomplished.
|
|
|
4.
Strategy Implementation |
|
|
Finally
we assist our clients with the development, implementation and evaluation
of their strategies so that they may continue their journey along the dynamic
and forever changing continuum. |
