QUESTION:

I know a couple who are married for 12 years and as yet have not been 
able to conceive, the woman is not able to produce any eggs, what 
options are open to them?  They follow the rulings of Agah Seestaani.

ANSWER:

A Doctor would probably be a better person to list out all the option
available :-)

However, what we do have to remember is that nothing against the Sharia
will ever be allowed. Thus artificial insemination with sperms from the
husband and eggs from another woman will never be allowed in the Sharia.

Adoption (with all its restrictions that have come to light recently in the
discussions of ABDG-A) could probably be a good option. The best option in
adopting a child is either the wife's nephew or the husband's niece who
are, in any case, always mahram.
