QUESTION 1:

I wish to know if it is permissible for a married Muslim man to go on
vacation with his single (non-Muslim) friends to a beach resort in the USA.

ANSWER 1:

 Apparently, as the question is put, there is no objection to a married man
going to a vacation with his Muslim or non-Muslim friends.


QUESTION 2:

Is there any ruling about a married man with step-children saying that the
man can seperate himself from these children, meaning that he is to leave
their raising to their mother and have nothing to do with how their life
issues are handled?

ANSWER 2:

 A person who marries a woman who has children by her former marriage, is
responsible for her children (which now become his step children) if they
are minor and it is his responsibility to maintain them.
