Mom, me and Scott on the Flume at Six Flags over Missouri. This photo could perfectly describe our personalities: Mom overreacting and keeping an eye on us, Scott thinks it is all a hoot but can't look, and I carefully assess the situation and decide, "Yes, this is quite a predicament. I believe I'm having fun."
Kindergarten photo at 5 years old, 1980.
Second grade photo, 1982.
March 5, 1976, at five months old.
Granddaddy has his arms full with Stacy and Stephanie as Amy and I kibbitz.
My older brother Scott hams it up for the camera on my second day in the world, Oct. 21, 1975. Okay, I was born the 19th, so technically the third day (dang new math). It is also the day of Game Six of the World Series between the Boston Red Sox and the Cincinnati Reds when Carlton Fisk hit the memorable home run to propel the Sox to victory.
