A Message to
the Rosicrucians
(It was read at a Ritualistic Convocation in R+C Niterói
Lodge , one of the olders A.M.O.R.C. Lodges in Brazil and at others Lodges, Capitulum
and Pronaoi on the first anniversary of the Great Initiation of Soror Iolanda.)
YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN THESE 19 WORDS
LOVE + WISDOM + KINDNESS + CHARITY + LIGHT + JOY + HARMONY
+ HAPPINESS + HEALTH + COMPREHENSION + RESPECT + HONESTY + PEACE + BALANCE + REGENERATION
+ SIMPLICITY + RELIGIOSITY + MODESTY + PURITY
Love is the essence of God, the power that makes the universe
exist in different stages of comprehension, in different kinds of life. You should
love each other as you love yourselves and then you'll love God. This is the only
way to find Him.
Wisdom comes from the love of God and it is the key that opens the door that leads
to the stairs of Modesty, which is composed of 12 steps. To go up these stairs,
one needs to understand that without God, nothing is possible.
Once you' re on the stairs of Modesty, you reach Kindness, which is the way to Charity,
which can only be experienced with the authentic fear of God. It is that fear full
of love that Christ tells us about.
Through kindness we can see the light that brings Joy, Harmony, Happiness and Health,
so that we are able to dedicate ourselves to good tasks. We have to be the instruments
of God. Every day. This allows us to have Respect, Comprehension, Honesty and Piece.
Not as a kind of business, where we're going to exchange things to have a celestial
life, but because of the value these words have, and for ourselves.
Followed by Balance and Regeneration that lead to Simplicity, on which we'll feel
the Religiosity, where we'll meet God, who gives us Modesty and Purity.
We should live each day as our last one, with tolerance and loving charity, since
we may be called at any time by our Creator. We shall be prepared.
Lord is Fair, He is good and Merciful. He gives and He takes. Nothing passes by
without His knowledge. Nothing happens without his consent. Do not say His name
in vain. God be praised. May He always be.
