Ritual2

Begin to create a space, somewhere you can go to be uninterrupted. if possible begin to adorn the walls and the room with things that inspire you. Only play music in there that colours your passions and desires. remove all other items that you view as being distractions from your true goal. With each new ritual something new should be added that reflects how you feel you have progressed.

Lie down and do not move. Just breathe as you would normally with your eyes closed. Now become aware and describe out loud for 15 minutes every sensation and muscle twitch in your body. Listen to yourself to how you are describing these sensations. Become aware that tension exists all around you and within you.

Now record your results.

Now go back and repeat ritual1. repeat it three times during one week and again record your results.

Repeat ritual2 three times during the following week. Record your results.

These two rituals are to help you clarify an important premise.

That tension is thought and thought is tension.

If you do not experience the voice box and facial sensation, or if you are not aware of anything during ritual2, repeat the process but double the time.
