Given the unweildy nature of what Tŷ'r Beirdd was becoming, I have redesigned the site slightly, to better fascilitate navigation.
This is an attempt to collect as many possible medieval texts produced in the "Celtic" countries, or on Celtic themes (hence the inclusion of Continental Arthurian works). Some works are actually links off-site; others are provided here at Tŷ'r Beirdd.
The majority of the texts are in the public domain, due to their age. However, some caution should be given that, because of their age, some of the translations are less than accurate. This site is designed to get people interested in Celitc literature, to let them see what is out there. However, I recommend going out and obtaining more recent translations of many of these texts, particularly The Mabinogion and the poetry of Taliesin.
However, at least one group of texts--the Le Roman du Graal of Robert de Boron, translated by Dell Skeels--is reprinted here with permission.
