Roll one die. For the entire battle, use the upper numbers on a roll
of 1-3, and the lower numbers on a roll of 4-6.

Outflank arrives if die roll is less than or equal to the strategic rating.
-1 to SR for forest, mountain or marsh. +22 to SR for after the second round.

Attacker must separate into pinning and outflanking forces. Use left
hand numbers until outflank arrives and right hand numbers thereafter.

Defender must separate into pinning and outflanking forces. Use upper
