-Manchester, Alabama-

A typical sunny day and Max and Bart are enjoying themselves in the back yard. That is Max sitting in a deck chair reading a book, occasionally peeking over the top to watch Bart. Bart is painting the fence, and not enjoying it. The phone rings and Max leaves to answer it. While he is gone Bart picks up the pace and begins to paint at super speed. Running back and forth he nearly has the fence finished when...Max walks back out into the yard (Max was forcing Bart to paint the fence at NORMAL speed).

Max asks Bart how he's doing with the fence. Bart then tries to do three things at once stop, look at Max and respond to Max's question. He nearly accomplishes this but whilst in the process of stopping when he skids, trips over the paint cans and sprays him and Max with yellow paint.

Max looks Bart sourly before vanishing in a blue streak. He returns a second later with the hose and proceeds to douse Bart. Max blinks and Bart has the hose, which he uses to douse Max. Max vanishes in a blur and returns, having turned off the water. Bart drops the hose and is about to yell at Max when the phone rings. It rings twice before Bart answers

"HelloCrandallresidenceBartspeakingcanIhelpyou?"

"Whoa Bart slow down, it's Carol. Suit up an' get over to my place fast, theirs trouble."

As she finishes Bart (Impulse) arrives.

"Carol what's up?" Bart asks.

"I'm in serious trouble..."

"What?" asks Bart (Impulse) cautiously.

"I wanted to spend the afternoon with you, but I can't unless you do a favor for me at hyper speed..." Carol strains to say.

"Anything" Bart (Impulse) says.

"Paint the fence out back..."

Bart (Impulse) puts his hand on his face and lets out a deep groan...
