Comments | The church of the Living God is the pillar and ground of the truth, says the scriptures. However, the church is far from infallible. The year 95 AD on the isle of Patmos, the apostle John wrote a message from the Lord to the seven churches which are in Asia. At this time, the Lord rebukes the corruption that is already widespread in the church. It is clear that the Lord has something against the church, the Lord describes at least one of the churches as wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked. There was much error in matters of faith and morals taking place in each of the churches that the Lord rebuked. Jesus calls for all seven churches to repent. |
