For anyone familiar with the area or just interested in the history, we were in the 1st & 2nd grades and attended Westchester Elementary School, the original one on Westchester Ave., near Vernon's Roller Rink in Oella, Md. Three years later we began attending Westown Elementary School which had just opened.
