If tied after 18, check with Pro Shop and start sudden death at hole #1 and continue until a hole is won. Post results on bulletin board in back room.

Summer and winter rules decision: If inclement weather, competitors may discuss winter rule option. If one player wants to play Summer Rules, it will be Summer Rules in Effect, no more discussion. If both competitors agree to Winter Rules-the following modified Winter Rule will be in effect. A player may mark, lift, clean and place ball no more than 6" and not closer to the hole on fairways only!

If there is a rules question, play two balls until hole completion, check with Pro Shop and adjust score pursuant to appropriate ruling. Remember, this is match play.

Gross Division play straight up (no handicaps) 0/nada.

Net Division: Use same handicap established in President’s Cup throughout Match Play, (Example) John is a 15 and Ed is a 10. John will get 5 strokes (one stroke per hole) on handicap holes 1-5.

The top thirty (30) players in the field plus last year’s Champions qualify for Gross (16) & Net (16) Match Play Competition. It is the golfer’s responsibility to check the Match Play Roster (on back bulletin board and/or Web site www.geocities.com/mrtman.geo), contact their opponent and play their match before the below deadline(s). Any match not completed by deadline date(s) will be forfeited. The player that shows up will win by default. Please be sure your daytime telephone number is correct on Match Play Sheet. It is the golfer’s responsibility to contact Pro Shop (425-452-7250) no later than Wednesday 5/30/07 to confirm 1st round deadline T-Time and to confirm remaining Match Play T-Times as appropriate by Wednesday prior to deadline.

IF YOU PLAY YOUR MATCH PRIOR TO DEADLINES, PLEASE INFORM PRO SHOP…

First Round Match Play Deadline is Saturday, May 31, 2008. Eight T-Times have been blocked by the TC from 7:52 AM-8:45 AM (5/31/08) for Match Play. It is the golfer’s responsibility to contact their opponent and schedule their match with the Pro Shop in allotted times. You are encouraged to play your match prior to deadlines but please inform the Pro Shop so they can release reserved times. Please call Pro Shop @ (425) 452-7250 and explain your Match Play Competition and schedule your T-Time. Post results of play on Bulletin Board (3&2, 2&1 and etc.).

Second Round Match Play Deadline is Sunday, June 15, 2008. Four T-Times have been blocked by the TC from 7:30 AM-8:00AM (Sunday, 6/15/08).

Third Round Match Play Deadline is Sunday, June 29, 2008. Two T-Times have been blocked by the TC from 7:30 AM-7:37 AM (Sunday 6/29/08).

The Fourth and final Match Play Deadline is Saturday, July 5, 2008. One T-Time for 7:30 AM (Saturday 7/5/08) has been blocked by the TC. We want to announce the Gross & Net Champions at the July 10, 2008 Quarterly Meeting.
