Synopsis: A powerful new drama about a newspaper columnist who uses his own investigations (helped by the students of his journalism class) to get to the bottom of a story. Wallace Benton, an irreverent investigative journalist, writes New York City's most popular column, 'Nothing But The Truth' in the New York Ledger. Helped by students in his graduate journalism class, Wallace tears open cases ranging from mayhem to murder, re-examining evidence and re-staging events to ensure the innocent are freed, the guilty are convicted and the corrupt are exposed. He's got friends in the D.A.'s office and on the force, but his exposés have also made him enemies. Add in three ex-wives and a bad attitude towards authority, and it's clear nothing is ever easy in Wallace's life.

Tagline: Writer. Professor. Crime Solver. A different kind of investigator.
