In an effort to promote HO slot cars, generate interest and increase the number of HO slot car racers and hobbyists, the racers in Sudbury are extending an open invitation to anyone interested in coming to Sudbury to race and talk slot cars for the day or weekend. There is transportation and accommodation (a place to sleep!) available to anyone from out-of-town.

One of the racers has made himself available to pick- up anyone at the bus terminal who would take the express Greyhound from the Yorkdale Mall in Toronto to the Sudbury station. I believe the bus fare is approximately $80.00 round trip. This offer is also open to anyone coming from anywhere outside of the city limits.
