- Everything listed is for "Extract" brewing. We like to keep things simple.
- All Grains listed are measured "cracked".
- All above are for a 5 gallon batch of beer.
- Don't forget the priming sugar for priming those bottles! Sugar may or maynot be added when kegging.
- Don't Worry! Relax! Have a Homebrew!
- Most of the beer I make remains in the fermenter for about two weeks.
- I've even bottled into "recycled" plastic soda bottles with great results. Though I still prefer glass.
- For kegging, try using the 5 gallon "soda syrup" kegs, if you can get them. Perfect size!
- Tell Santa you want a Kegerator for Christmas!
- Don't worry! Relax! Have a Homebrew!
