  • 2004 County Fair Blue Ribbon AND Best of Show.

  • If you like GOOD Porter than email me for the list of ingredients.

  • Some past remarks by taste testers:"Best Porter I've ever had!","Beats any Porter on the Market I've ever had!".

  • Everything listed is for "Extract" brewing. We like to keep things simple.

  • All Grains listed are measured "cracked".

  • All above are for a 5 gallon batch of beer.

  • Don't forget the priming sugar for priming those bottles!  Sugar may or maynot be added when kegging.

  • Don't Worry!  Relax! Have a Homebrew!

  • Most of the beer I make remains in the fermenter for about two weeks.

  • I've even bottled into "recycled" plastic soda bottles with great results.  Though I still prefer glass.

  • For kegging, try using the 5 gallon "soda syrup" kegs, if you can get them.  Perfect size!

  • Tell Santa you want a Kegerator for Christmas!

  • Don't worry!  Relax!  Have a Homebrew!
