....6. LUCIE (LUCILLE) BORDELON: The sixth child of Antoine Bordelon I and Marianne Decuir. Lucie was born Oct 24 1773, and married at Avoyelles Post on Jan 25 1790, Pierre Lemoine, son of Jean Baptiste Lemoine and Catherine Simon.

....7. HILAIRE BORDELON: The seventh and last child of Antoine Bordelon I and Marianne Decuir. Hilaire married on Oct 5 1801, in a ceremony registered at the Opelousas Church, Sophie (Sofia) Soileau, daughter of Noel Soiliau and Angelique Fontenot. It is believed that Hilaire Bordelon and family settled in St. Landry Parish after the Louisiana Purchase. They had 11 children:

After the death of Marianne Decuir, Antoine Bordelon married Marquerite Frederic, widow of Simon Lacour and daughter of Jean Baptiste Frederic and Marie Jeanne Drapeau, at Pointe Coupee on 20 Jul 1779. Of this marriage were born five (5) children.

....8. VICTOIRE BORDELON: First child of Antoine Bordelon I and Marguerite Frederic, born about 1780. Her baptism is not recorded at Pointe Coupee. Her year of birth is estimated from the record of her marriage on Apr 17 1798 at Avoyelles, which gives her age as 18. Victoire married, Apr 17 1798, in ceremony registered at St. Ann's church, Morganza, Louisiana, George Baron (Barron) III, son of George Baron II and Marianne Lacour. There was issue of:

........a. Eloise Baron, born 1801, at Pointe Coupee, married on December 8 1817, at Avoyelles, Marcelin Chenevert, son of Joseph Chenevert and Marianne Guerin. Marcelin Chenevert was a native of Avoyelles. There was a prior civil marriage.

........b. Hypolite Baron married, on Jan 22 1828, Marguerite Ducote, daughter of Cesaire Ducote and Cloris Laborde.

........c. Medor Baron, married on Jul 13 1830, Victoire Bordelon, daughter of Zenon Bordelon and Eulalie Joffrion.

........d. Valerien Baron, married on Jan 30 1827, Genevieve Bordelon, daughter of Valery Bordelon and Constance Joffrion.

........e. George Baron IV, native of Point Coupee but resident of Petit Bayou Rouge in Avoyelles, married on Apr 18 1815, Adelaide Bordelon, daughter of Pierre Bordelon and Adelaide Lacour. The record states that George Baron III was then deceased.

Victoire Bordelon, widow of George Baron III, married on Dec 8, 1817, at Avoyelles, Louis Chenevert, son of Joseph Chenevert and Marianne Guerin and brother of Marcelin Chenevert, who married Victoire’s daughter, Eloise Baron, on the same day. Victoire is said in this record to be 35 years old and Louis Chenevert 22.

....9. FELICITE BORDELON, ninth child of Antoine ordelon I and second child of Antoine’s marriage to Marguerite Frederic, was born at Point Coupee on Mar 26, 1780.
