Strawberry Pie
INGREDIENTS
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Strawberry Jello(dry)
1 1/2 Cups Water
Few Drops Red Fd. Color
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
1 8 or 9 oz Cool Whip
9 inch Deep Pie Crust
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Bake and cool Pie Crust.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and Jello together.
Add water and food coloring and cook until
mixture is thick and clear. Set aside to cool.
Cut strawberries into pieces and put in pie crust.
Poor cooled filling over the strawberries and
chill in refrigerator. Top with cool whip!
HINT...
Top can be garnished with strawberries.
Food coloring is optional. But it does give
the filling a brighter color!
