Michelle's Famous Brownies
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Sticks of Butter
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
Dash of Salt
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
2/3 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Pecans or Walnuts
Cream butter and sugar(do not melt butter).
Add eggs,Vanilla, and salt. Then add flour, cocoa,
and nuts. Stir only until mixed. Batter will be thick.
Poor into a 13x9 inch Pan.
Bake at 400 degrees approximately 20-25 minuites.
Makes 24 Brownies!
HINTS:
Do not over-stir batter. This will make brownies hard!
Use only Sticks of butter. Creamy textured or melted butter
will make brownies cake-like. Unless of course you'd prefer
it this way. When doing this, you could also add another
egg to the batter.
