TIP FOR WANNABE MUSICIANS: Did you know many residents in the French Quarter moved there in the first place because they LOVE music? Therefore, they often like to listen to their own music on their balconies, etc.not yours... The legal hours for street performers are:
11am-4pm M-F and 11am-8pm Sa & Sun.

will enforce when called & Central Lockup is a drag...
