13. Thomas BUSBY, 194 acres bounded: ---a poplar standing
of the western branch of the Upper Chipokee Creek---the southern
branch in the beginning. 95 acres, part thereof was formerly granted
to RAWLINS and Mich. MITTAINE by patent 10 May 1667 and
by them slod and assigned to ? BUSBY. 90 acres, the residue, was due
by the transportation of 2 persons  April 1669 (acreage short, possibly
99 acres)

Creek by the James WARRENDINE land called High Peaks and 
Now in the possession of William DITTY and Robert LANGMAN

patent 2 , Aug 1652 and newly renewed to ye ad. William BATT
as by a surrender ---city court 3 Aug 1653, the land being formerly 
due by transporting 14 persons. 22 April 1670.

His land was due by transporting 12 persons, 20 April 1670.

Bounded: on the Creek's side at the mouth of Hanncocks bottom---along
The said bottom and Mr BIRDS line---at the Mussell Shell Branch---to
The beginning. The land was formerly granted to Elias OSBORNE by
Patent 1 June 1668 and by the said OSBORNE assigned to said RACHELL
28 Jan 1670. This: 28 Jan 1670.

Appomattox River. Bounded: at the corner of Henry BATTS land, next
