13. Thomas BUSBY, 194 acres bounded: ---a poplar standing
of the western branch of the Upper Chipokee Creek---the southern
branch in the beginning. 95 acres, part thereof was formerly granted
to RAWLINS and Mich. MITTAINE by patent 10 May 1667 and
by them slod and assigned to ? BUSBY. 90 acres, the residue, was due
by the transportation of 2 persons April 1669 (acreage short, possibly
99 acres)

as by a surrender ---city court 3 Aug 1653, the land being formerly
due by transporting 14 persons. 22 April 1670.
