Visible Human Male:data index from Stanford -- This site contain cross section images of the human anatomy (list in one page for easy pick and choose), great images except that they aren't labeled, so why not test yourself?

NPAC/OLDA Visible Human Viewer -- This Java applet allows you to select and view images (unlabeled) of 2-dimensional slices of a human body, using processed data from the Visible Human Project of the U.S. National Library of Medicine.
