The following pictures are from our trip to Austria. After Austria we went back to the good old USA to see some friends, get our fix of Lupe's, Papasitos, Tai Yans, and even Taco Hell! We loaded up on supplies, and then headed back to Moscow. Time to get prepared for another cold Russian winter.

Our next trip will be back to the US (Lousisiana, Arizona, and Texas in November!!

Bill and Peggy in the plaza at a monestary in the town of Graz.

Interesting building in a little village in the town of Klafengurt. We spent the afternoon there browsing with the other tourists. The coffee and ice cream were excellent!!

Our guide told us that these were the catacombs where the first christians in Salzburg worshiped and later were buried. The cemetary here was the one made famous in the Sound of Music where the Van Trapps were hiding when the boyfriend discovered them and blew the whistle.

These were two of our friends that we met on our tour. They were from Israel and were alot of fun and very interesting to talk to.

Peggy outside a monistary in northern Austria. Wouldn't she have made a good nun?! How do you solve a problem like Peggy?

We took a boat tour on a river and there were several old castles that could be seen on the banks such as this one.

The last stop on our boat trip was at a small village where we got back on the bus. We saw this church when the boat docked at the village.

We enjoyed walking through the quaint village. Would have been nice to see more of this on our trip or at least spend more time in this one village, but we were just passing through.

Back in Houston after Austria, Selena, Peggy's best friend from Lousisina and her daughter Dawn visited us! Here they are enjoying a fashionable breakfast at Ihop. By the end of the visit in Houston, we had our own reserved table there!

Send me an email if you want to know more!!
