Cyberia's government has a basic structure modeled after the United States, although there are some key differences. We have 3 (not 9) Supreme Court justices, 2 appointed through districts. We have a unicameral (truly, a bicameral, but the Senate is non-operational) legislature, mostly elected by proportional representation. We have a single President, elected by a popular majority, not an Electoral College. Also, we have 7 provinces (instead of 50 states), who are allowed to have whatever type of democratic government they want, although all of them have a government currently modeled after our federal government.
