It was
certainly refreshing to see the Third Party Presidential Debate on
CSPAN. After watching the
Republican/Democrat debate, it was nice to hear the candidates for once
speaking forthrightly to the issues. Comparing the two debates, I observed that
President Clinton and Bob Dole seemed more alike when compared to Howard
Phillips, Harry Browne and John Hagelin. These Third Party candidates offered a
true change from the past and presented ideas and a vision that seem foreign to
either Clinton or Dole.
