THE CHRISTIAN COALITION
You know in my opinion The Christian Coalition is just a religious cult with a lot of power and money. And a dangerous one at that, the most dangerous. And guess what folks the more government positions they are elected to, the closer they get to CONTROLLING your thoughts, ideas, and your own body. Theoretically if they could take control of congress, get Ralph Reed elected president, and pack the supreme court full of right wing god fearing extremist, they could actually rewrite the constitution. So if you don't wanna live in a conformed Quaker collective where we all must think, act, and be the same, FIGHT THE RADICLE RIGHT!!! Unless of coarse you want to see what hell on earth is like! I mean come on, these people are so religious that their just pure evil.
When I look at the Christian Coalition I see the beginnings of another Nazi party. The similarities are frightening! Each group wanted and want to control every aspect of people's life. From what we watch and listen to what we think and learn. Both groups were embraced because of the people's insecurities. The Nazis because of the great depression. The Christian Coalition because of increasing crime and the feeling that society is going to hell. In 1930's Germany, the people gave up all their rights for a sense of security and leadership. I look around and I see it happening here, right now. I know all you people say that can't happen here, well it can, and it will, unless the people wise up.
I know some of you people are going to say their good religious folk who wanna fill the world with love and compasion. Well guess what folks, under that celestial face plate they have a deep hatred for anyone who is different or thinks differently from them. And trust me when they obtain all power there WILL be a public burning in which all "the non-believers" will be roasted until "the demons come out".
Where do these fundamentalist get off saying that this country that was founded on Christian belief's. This country was not what's so ever founded on Christian belief's. It was founded on liberty and freedom. Christianity mixes with freedom like oil mixes with water. The forefathers put separation of church and state in the constitution because they knew how religion could destroy a government and society from personal experience in merry old England. They knew religion was the most harmful thing to the welfare of a government. But these Jesus freaks act like the forefathers never even said that church and state should be separate.
Not to long ago I saw a story on the news about how in an Alabama court room a judge had put up a copy of the ten commandments above his bench. When the supreme court told him to take them down, the governor of Alabama threatened to send in the national guard to stop the removal of the commandments. Way to go governor dumbass! When asked wouldn't a Muslim or Jewish person feel perjured if they faced trial in this court room. The asshole responded by saying that this country was founded on CHRISTIAN belief's and that would never happen. I guess this good god fearing country boy hasn't learned to read yet, because the constitution clear as day says "The state may not show favoritism toward ANY religion"
The Christian Coalition is about control and nothing more. They want to control your morals, which is fundamentally wrong. Morals are a personal choice to be made by each individual INDEPENDENTLY! Morals can not be legislated. If you don't like abortion, don't have an abortion. If you don't like assisted suicide, don't call Dr. Kavorickian. Its simple, If you don't agree with it don't do it, but don't tell someone else that can't, because you fell its wrong, OK. SO LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE!!!!!!
