Hi everyone! My name is Katerina, and I live with my mom, Sarah, my adopted brother George (who is a rock) my twin brother Tony, my sister Stacey, and my sister Jenny in Heartland. I love living in cyberspace. It's so fun! Every day, mom and I go to Mice R Us to buy new things to furnish our house. We have a very nice house. Our fridge is completely full of cheese! I lived in the mouse orphanage for over a month. Sometimes it was fun, but I never really felt like I belonged. When Sarah adopted me, well, that was the happiest day of my life! Tony is my best friend. Like I said before, we are twins. We look pretty much like each other, but not exactly. He is a boy after all! The fact that Tony is a boy makes us really different. Sometimes he bugs me, but mostly he's nice.

Have you seen all the great mouse house's other people have? I really like visiting my new (and old) friend's houses, and I especially like joining things like the softball team and this club!!! I hope more people will start mouse clubs, because they're so fun! I think the internet is really fun. Mom bought me my own computer and I go on the internet every night. It's so fun! I learn a lot, plus I get to have fun.

There are a few things about living in cyberspace that scare me. I'm really scared of mouse nappers. Mom says mouse nappers are dumb, 'don't they know they can just apply for a mouse?' she always says. I guess they don't. I'm also scared of cats online. But there aren't too many around, and most people are nice to mice online.

I love living in cyberspace!

"No, but that'd be neat"

Said that little sweet baby mouse
All alone in the world
So I took him back to my own house
And when he got there, he twirled!

He twirled, indeed, that little thing

To live in a house with a friend

My Story

My name is Erica. In the mouse pad orphanige was hard for me. Vikimouse was a great teacher to us but when she wasn't there it was hard. I was 12 years old when I was found living in a shoe box at the garbage dump with my family. We were taken to 3 different orphaneges so we were split up. In the orphanage we got split up into age groups so I didn't get to see my siblings. Once when I was going to sleep five of the other girls my age grabbed me and dragged me into the bathroom. I was about 14 then. the tied me up and put me in the bathtub with cold water. The next day I herd that Is what they do to mice who look pretty. So from then un I tried to dress my ragiest and not brush my hair.

When I was 15 I was adopted along with one of my real brothers. I was happy to be with him.My house was worm and I gott to spend time with my brother. He was just a newboarn when we were found. So I told him about everything that had appened to us. But now I dress nicly and am clean and groom myself. I am happy to have bin adopted.

In today's society, mice are treated as people. We have schools, clubs and other after school activities. Just like people we have homework, some of us have jobs and we have a worm loving home to go to. Many of mice, on the other hand have many problems that are not dealed with in the right way. Like family crisises, missing reletives or just plane sadness.This should be treated in the right way, like going to teachers, friends or parents. Mice also need good education. As in Collages and Unaversaties that are not supplied in the mouse world but should be. I am glad to say that mice to have familys to live with and activities to do to keep them ocupied while parents are gone.

Living in cyber space. Some people might think it is cool some not. The ups are, that you can do almost everything anybody in the real world can. Like see stars on web pages, hear noises and others. But some of the downs are not so great. As in not being able to play or talk while the computer is shut down, not being able to see move ments, not being able to eat. But these things don't usually bother us cyber space creatures. We are made for kids in the real world to have fun on the web, and do things they really can't like fly, live in a mancian and so on. So they make the mice have and be the things they can't or won't be able too intill they grow up. So I Shawna am glad to be apart of this happyness for children everywhere.
