Piotrek

Hi! My name is Piotrek and I live in Auckland, New Zealand, the land of the long white volcano dust cloud. There are exactly 48 extinct volcainos in our city ( all extinct ( I hope )). So will they erupt; today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next week, next month, next year? nah! Closer than that.

Now to get to more about me. I am Polish and I was born in the middle of the wild savanna with all of those lions and antelopes in Nigeria, Africa. Finally after three years with me alive my parents had enough of this wild country (as well as me screaming) so we moved to New Zealand - which is quite hard to believe but it's the truth. So all of my relatives are in Poland ( a country between Russia, Germany and the Czech republic). From then on we loved New Zealand so much that we made it our home.

I am now 12 years old and go to Glen Eden Intermediate as you probably already know. My hobbies are model making, cycling, fishing, tennis, going to taekwondo ( a form of martial arts ) and surfing the Internet.

All of my friends and I say I am lucky since I have no brothers or sisters. I must admit it's a good life without them (the brothers and sisters not the friends!).

I have precisely two cats - no more, no less. For all you cat lovers, their names are Philip and Lady Zusia. Philip is a tabby - black and white and Zusia is a Burmese - black. Both of them love sneaking under my mum's covers and sleeping with her in the middle of the night. Which makes them very cuddly.

Our family is a globetroter type family. We've been to over 12 countries in the last two years and we are already planning this year to go globe trotting again
