Justus is a harmonic dream come true, as this mother/daughter trio switch lead and harmony with a near perfect blend. The music draws the inevitable comparisons to the Judds. Not only are they a mother/daughter duo, but they pull it off as masterfully as the Judds ever did. Diana and Margo Curtis come from a long line of musicians, and were exposed early to bluegrass, gospel and country. This well-rounded education shows through as they move easily from ballad to upbeat songs.
Dianna started singing at the age of 18, appearing in local talent and TV shows. Later she formed her own band and pursued a solo career. It was only five years after Margo was born, that the toddler started her own musical journey. By the time she was eighteen, the mother and daughter started the duo now called Justus.
This joint effort soon became a full-time occupation, as Justus appeared at festivals, clubs and fairs. Since moving to Nashville, Justus has performed on the Opry stage and with the Moscow State Ballet.
