How to protect your intellectual property in the Middle-East

Hello! My name is Habib and this is my PERSONAL PAGE.
I shall be using it to write and report on serious Legal matters, but before I proceed any further let me introduce myself to you .

I am a British citizen of Arab origin:
I spent well over Forty years in the United Kingdom.

I graduated in Pharmacy from the University of London in early 60s then read for my Ph.D.,degree at the University of Bradford graduating in 1972:
After a brief period of working in hospital,community & indusrial pharmacy sectors,and joining Lincoln's Inn,I Studied at the now known University of Westminster,and THE COUNCIL OF LEGAL EDUCATION LAW SCHOOL I was called to the English Bar in 1980.

I have been practicing law ever since specialising in:

patents-specially pharmaceutical product patents-and other intellectual propert rights

Franchise Laws

Laws of contract

and Business Laws

Because of my strong connections with the Middle_East I recently extended my areas of operations to cover the Arab Countries

Presently I am a Visiting Professor of Business Law At Ajman University

I have made a special study of Business laws of Arab countries where I travelled extenesively and published several Articles on Law & Economics(the titles of which can be browsed at Profile
