How To Pull Off This
Seasons Do's
Step-by-step instructions in how to do this season's do's...
Messy Top-knot
-
Gather hair high on the head as if you were going to do a ponytail.
-
Wrap ponytail holder around hair once. The second time, don't pull
the hair all the way through so the hair forms a loop.
-
Spread the loop of hair and pin it to your head in front.
-
Pin the rest of the hair down.
-
To give your top-knot a messy look, pull some strands of hair out of the
loop.
-
Seperate dry hair into 1 inch or 1/2 inch sections.
-
Spray each section with hair spray and twist from root to tip.
-
Roll each dread in a spiral and bobby pin to your head.
-
Set the dreads with a hot blow dryer.
-
Remove pins and finger comb hair as desired.
Sleek n' Straight
-
Spray wet hair with a natural hold hair spray.
-
Blow dry hair section by section, smoothing with a paddle brush.
-
Use a straightening iron after hair is dry if possible.
Teased With a Hairband
-
Put a thick hair band in your hair.
-
Spray hair directly behind headband with superhold hairspray.
-
Take a section of hair and brush it downwards from middle to root with a
natural bristle brush.
-
Do this to all your hair behind the hairband.
-
Lightly brush hair back, it should have groovy new body.
