Welcome to the Visions' bio page. Here, you will learn about who Sarah Michelle Gellar is and how she came to be
such a groovy chick. Find out her stats and funny things that have happened to her in the past. The information here is
my version of the story compiled from several magazine articles (which you can choose to read separately by clicking on one
of the magazine titles), which are also listed on the bottom of the page.
Well, as most of the World knows, Sarah is becoming a huge star in the world of acting.
She currently stars in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and has been on other tv shows such as "All My Children."
Recently, Sarah has also made her mark on the silver-screen. She starred in the blockbuster hit, "I Know
What You Did Last Summer," and the Wes Craven thriller, "Scream 2." She has 2 new movies coming out
next year: "Vanilla Fog" and "Cruel Inventions."
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
How did sarah get the part in the COOLEST show ever??? Well, around five years ago,
sarah kept practicing her lines from the Buffy movie. Then, one day, her agent got her
an audition for the show. At first, she was supposed to be playing the role of Cordelia, a snobby
self-centered person (Remember her on All My Children as Kendall?). Then, they asked her to try the part for Buffy. After many screenings and long hours, she got
the part. In the show, Sarah plays Buffy. Buffy is the raddest gal in the school. She can talk
the talk, walk the walk, and slay just about anything. On top of that, just about every guy in the
school wants her, not to metion a guy named Xander (Nicholas Brendon).
Everytime a chance for fun comes, she has to slay. But she gets down and dirty, slashing, kicking, and karate chopping
her victims before ending their pittiful lives with a wooden stake. As for love, there isnt
really anyone for her, except... Angel. Angel is the GQ vampire who isnt such a bad guy. He
has even saved her life a couple of times. They are caught making out here and there and elsewhere,
not paying attention to all of the blood-sucking vampires around. "Slaying isnt a job, it's who you are!"
Sarah In Real Life
Well, in the real world, Sarah is a busy 21yr old. She is receiving all kinds of offers, especially in the horror genre. Last summer, Sarah
co-starred with Jennifer Love Hewitt from "Party of Five", Ryan Phillipe, and Freddie Prinze Junior, in
a smash hit, I Know What You Did Last Summer. Also in horror, Gellar landed a role in the
mega thriller, SCREAM 2!!!.
In I Know What You Did Last Summer, sarah plays the local
beauty queen in a small town. Her and her friends go out for a little to drink; you know, doing
teenager things. On their way home, all of a sudden, a guy out of nowhere steps into the
middle of the road, and they hit him. To cover up this ordeal, they take the bloody body to the
sea, and drop him in it. The next summer, Julia (Jennifer Love Hewitt) recieves an odd letter in the mail that
says I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER!, which then leads to them trying to cover up things and
you know the rest!
As for the movie SCREAM 2, although a small role for sarah, an excellent
movie. Her small role tells us just how BIG this movie is; Jayda Pickett, Neve Cambell, Tori spelling,
and that NOXEMA Girl. The Story? Well, if you saw the first SCREAM, you would know what was
happening while they made a movie of the first SCREAM'S events. At this premier, Jayda is killed,
and then as usual, so does everyone else except Neve. A funny movie, yet terrifying!
Before she was the Slayer...
It wasn't much different than it is now. She has always been a busy worker.
As a native of New York City, she now lives in Los Angeles, California.
Her life has been so busy in fact, that her mother purchased her a pager in seventh grade just to keep
track of her, and has carried one ever since!
Social life as Sarah
She had an odd social life, as the hard choices as
to whether she should go to an audition, or go to a party, go to the emmy awards, or go to the prom. Sarah's
first commercial happened to be for BURGER KING, when she was only five years old! She couldn't
go to a public school, so she went to a school with other professionals. This way, she could do school
when it was best for her and have other kids with the same problem with time.
Inside Scoop
Depite how bad this life sounds, Sarah
wouldnt give it up for anything! Her entire life is based on scripts, cameras, and sets. In high school, you'll never guess,
but our little pumpkin pie was yes, A NERD! Sort of like Willow, on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
But, when she was only fifteen, she stole the role in "All My Children," as Kendall, the child
brat of Erica, for which she was awarded an emmy.
Love Life???
I bet all you guys out there are wondering if
she has a boyfriend or not. Well, youre in luck, she doesnt. But dont let that get to your heads.
Sarah has just about 0% love life. She is never free and she could easily kick your ass with 11 years of
tae kwon do. If she isnt filming on the set, then sarah is at home sleeping and petting her new dog, Thor. I guess you are all imagining ways to
manage all of this. Well, Sarah manages to catch up on sleep between takes and pig out on
some food while a maid takes care of her house 2x a week. Who is she??? Sarah is a loveable type of girl. What's
not to like?
