Bahá'í Faith "The whole earth is now in a state of pregnancy. The Bahá'í Faith is the youngest religion, it was developed by Bahá'u'llah the Manifestation of God for today. Bahá'u'lláh means the Glory of God. The basic principles of the Bahá'í Faith are: - That all religions are from one God and that their basic spiritual teachings are one, - Unity of mankind, - Equality between men and women, - Armony between science and religion, - Elimination of extreme poverty and wealth, - Universal education, - The independent search for truth, - Abolition of all kinds of prejudice, - An international auxiliary language, - World peace based on justice for all, - A federal system of world government.
O God! Refresh and gladden my spirit. Purify my heart. Illumine my powers. I lay all my affairs in Thy hands. Thou art my Guide and my Refuge. I will no longer be sorrowfull and grieved; I will be a happy and joyful being. O God! I will no longer be full of anxiety, nor will I let trouble harass me. I will not dwell on the unpleasant things of life. O God! Thou art more friend to me that I am to myself. I dedicate myself to Thee, O Lord!
