K 22R. Hang hem by placing cast on sts on empty needles.
K10R CB.
Place Rh 49 sts in HP. Scrap off left hand sts.
*K to RC 60(70) on RH sts in CC.
Dec 1st both sides EOR until 1 st remains.
Finish off.*
Work from *to * for other side in MC.
Join center front and back seams. Sew point seams.
Make tassles and attach.
