Ms. Plus International 2000

Kimberlee Ratliff is a graduate student, school counselor, and wife of a soldier in the US Army. She is planning to complete her M.Ed. at Campbell University in May 2000. Kim is an avid volunteer for many organizations and is the founder of two nonprofit programs, Project Pencil Box and Photo Gems Contests & Pageants. She has received many academic honors, including the National Dean's List, Chancellor's List, and USAA All-American Scholar. Kim is currently writing and compiling an inspirational resource book for sexual abuse survivors.
