Meet Steve and Mary Jane ...
Hi, we are Steve & Mary Jane. We are both natives of the Washington D.C. area (a rare thing) and were married 5 years ago on October 16, 1994 at the Holy Rosary Italian Catholic Church in Washington, D.C. We work in computers (her) and accounting (him). We enjoy gardening (her) and golf (him). We had our first child on February 10, 2000 and we named her Gina Noelle. We also have many Nieces & Nephews as well as "Kitty Cats" which could be considered our other children.
We were introduced in 1992 by a mutual friend, Nita. Our first "DATE" consisted of a group of my girlfriends, myself and Steve (what a lucky guy, all those women!) and went to the famed "BA HA BEACH CLUB" in Baltimore.
Strange but true.......
- I grew up 1/2 a block away from Steve's Paternal Grandmother.....
- Steve's Mother used to babysit my Sister's Husband (when he was a kid of course).....
- Steve's Grandfather and my Brother-In-Law's Grandfather were friends in Italy....
- Steve's Brother and Sisters' names, Danny and Andrea, were inspired by my Brother-In-Law and his Sister's names; Daniel and Andrea....
And none of that is how we met!!!!!
- This is a very old postcard that my Mother gave us when we arrived home from our Honeymoon (doesn't it look like us?)! I think it is adorable.
