p. 121,122- 6 Jan. 1812 -- Know all men by these presents that we David Love & John Dawson (?) acknowledge our selves jointly and severally bound unto their Honors the Judges of the Court of Ordinary of Morgan County and their successors in office in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs executors &c firmly by these presents in testimony whereof we have herein set our hands & seal this 6th day of March 1815. IN CONSIDERATION of the above bound David Love who is by the said court appointed guardian of the persons & property of Benjamin Rasberry & Green Rasberry orphans of Benjamin Rasberry deceased.
 

Sale of estate of Benjamin Rasberry, dec'd., does will and truly account for all the property of said possession of said David Love guardian as aforesaid orphans he shall be by the said Court of Ordinary (three illegible words) and shall at all times take and care of said orphans and furnish them with good and sufficient meat drink lodging cloathing and (illegible) by said Court shall be thought suitable and appropriate (?) to the interest & circumstances of said orphans that the above obligation shall be void ???? in full force in law.
