Blessed Sacrament SodalityMembers of the Sodality strive to honour Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist and to live a prayerful life. Members also undertake to participate and support Church activities. President: Mrs. Mary Waung Mandarin Bible Sharing GroupThe main objective of the group is to encourage brothers and sisters in Christ to grow in their spiritual lives through a more systematic Bible-study program, personal sharing and interaction amongst members, thus enabling each member to be better equipped in spreading the Holy Words to the whole world. Each and every member would put forth his best effort, talent and time to participate in all Parish activities for the enhancement of other parishioners. Chairperson: Stephen Lee 5:30 ChoirThe Choral Group comprises of brothers and sisters in Christ who have the vision, the music-minded desire and the commitment in serving the Lord. The group sings hymns in the Mandarin Mass. To unite parishioners who are interested in music and bring out the effectiveness of prayer through their singing, thus inte-grating music into the liturgy. President: Koon Ming Lau Queen of China ChoirAdhering to the humbleness, so-dality and persistence of Queen of China, we use our singing to praise, glorify and worship God. President: Jason Lam Tai Chi ClassTai Chi Class offers Tai Chi Chuen, an ancient way to cultivate health, strength, flexibility, con- centration and meditation of the body and mind. Contact person: Allen Lo Chinese Catholic Youth OrganizationThe CCYO aims at bringing together the Chinese Catholic youth in the parish, and other youths who are interested in the Catholic faith. Our Club has concerns for streng-thening the Catholic faith, fostering friendship and mutual co-operation through our regular spiritual and recreational activities. We also strive to improve members' rela-tionship with people and with God. President: Eddie Ma & Simon Lai IMpaCT (I'm a Positively Active Catholic Teen)IMpaCT's vision statement is: To develop in the teens of our parish an awareness of their Catholic faith through the love of God, personal growth, relationships with family and friends, and serving the community. Activities are offered every other week, where teens (13 - 17 years) can interact with each other. Spiritual growth is promoted at these activities through active methods of prayer which we hope appeal to the teens. Contact Person: Marcus Siu & Michelle Siu Legion of MaryOur Lady of China Praesidium was established on November 29, 1997 under the spiritual guidance of Rev. Fr, Louis Tchang. The objective of the Legion of Mary is to praise the glory of God through the sanctification by prayers and active cooperation of its members. Our work includes visiting hospitals, senior homes, elderly and sick parishioners as well as encouraging the praying of the Family Rosary and participating in church activities.
