George Andrew Walden was born July 14, 1857 somewhere in Texas. He married Minnie Ross November 6, 1885 in Marlin, Falls County, Texas. Together they had 5 children. James Andrew, Nora Minnie, Susie Bell, Robert Thomas, and Euna Margaret.James Andrew Walden was born November 8, 1886 in Texas. He married Minnie Shelton in 1908. James later married Sarah Perminta Conklin. He died January 23, 1940 in Picher, Oklahoma.
Nora Minnie Walden was born May 31, 1888 in Texas. She attended the Indian School in Chilocco, Oklahoma. Nora married Floyd Freeman. She had poor eyesight from birth and sometime after her mother died, she lost all eyesight.
Susie Bell Walden was born February 25, 1890 and died October 28, 1897 in Oklahoma. Susie is buried in Jones Cemetery, Rogers County, Oklahoma.
Robert Thomas Walden (my grandfather) was born August 25, 1891 in Collins County Texas. He also attended the Indian School in Cilocco. He married Nancy Lizabeth Bickford January 12, 1925 at the Pryor, Oklahoma courthouse. Together they had 18 children. Robert passed away August 22, 1977 in Pryor, Oklahoma.
Euna Margaret Walden was born November 13, 1894 in Texas. She died July 4, 1904 and is buried in Mayes County, Oklahoma.
