4 corn on the cobs
Corn-on-the-Cob with Chili Spread
2 tbsps. margarine, softened
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Bring large pan of water to a boil. Add corn; boil 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine margarine, chives and chili powder in small bowl. Remove corn from water. Remove corn from water; spread with margarine mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
