1 3/4 cups corkscrew, medium shell, or wagon wheel macaroni
Salmon Pasta Salad
8 oz. container soft-style cream cheese
1 cup buttermilk salad dressing
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. snipped dill or 1 tsp. dried dillweed
15 1/2 oz. can salmon, drained, flaked, and skin and bones removed
1 small cucumber, seeded and chopped (about 1 cup)
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
4 green onions, slicedCook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Immediately transfer hot macaroni to a large bowl. Add cream cheese and buttermilk dressing. Toss till the macaroni is coated and mixture is blended. Stir in milk and dill. Add salmon, cucumber, tomato, and green onions. Toss lightly to mix. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Makes 6 main-dish servings.
