"Know all men by these present that I Andrew Peed of the county of Calloway and state of Kentucky for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy five dollars, the rights there of is hereby acknowledged, both this day bargained and sold, and by these present, do bargain and sell, unto Peyton Cooke of the county of Warren and state a fore said, all my right title and interest in and to the negros of the estate of William Lowe deed. Namely Aggy-Arty-Fanny Granvelle-Robbin and Joseph. Said interest being one eleventh part and I do here by warrant and define the right title and undivided interest, of said negros to the said Cooke and his being forever in testimony wherof I have here unto set my hand and affexed my seal this 12th day of October 1835
