Surnames: FERGUSON My name is Mark FERGUSON, I am interested in finding out my heritage. I am from Hayward, CA. Any information you could mail me would be helpful in my search. The hints I can give you are as follows: 1. I am the son of Edward Gordon FERGUSON Jr. 2. My grandfather was Edward Gordon Sr. 3. My great Grandfather was Art FERGUSON and My Great Grandmother was Jesse FERGUSON. 4. The FERGUSONS I know of are from Opilika, Alabama. That is all the family history I know and may shed some light on why I am looking for more informations regarding my haritage. Surname: FERGUSON, ROBBINS and WALKER I am seeking more information on Robert Ferguson, b. ca. 1796 in NC, married Oct. 1814 in Bedford Co., TN to Sabrina Robbins, had at least two known sons while still living in Tenn: William Ferguson, b. 1819 and Marcus LaFayette Ferguson, b. 1825. They moved to Alabama before 1847 when Marcus married Mary Walker. Robert was a saddler by trade and served two terms in the War of 1812. I am interested in the ancestors of Robert Ferguson. Surname: FERGUSON We are looking for any information on my ancestors. We live in Cameron, Okla. My grandfather was Elijho Osborne FERGUSON. Born in 1864 somewhere in Alabama. My father was James Thomas FERGUSON, born 1889 in Jasper, Alabama. Moved to the state of Washington we think before moving to a small town in southeast Oklahoma, Le Flora. Which is close to Poteau, Okla. I have no idea what my grandmothers maiden name was but her given name was Mary Jane, she too was born in 1864 all of the above are buried in Le Flore, Okla. Surname: FERGUSON I am not sure if what I have helps but I am from a line of FERGUSONs which ended in Mississippi. I live in Sant Rosa, CA and here is what I have: My Dad was John David FERGUSON of Sumner, Mississippi. His father was John David FERGUSON of Sumner, Mississippi. His father was Rev. Henry Adam FERGUSON of Alabama 1838-1917 His father was Sir Samuel Yarborough FERGUSON of Scotland 1800-1869 His father was Adam FERGUSON of Scotland -1839 His father was Adam FERGUSON of Scotland 1723-1818 I also have information on their wives if that would help. Surname: FERGUSON, DUNCAN, WILLIAMS and ALGOODS My Name is Linda Ferguson DUNCAN, and I am looking for infomation on Robert Andrew FERGUSON, born in AL, father Fletcher FERGUSON. Robert A. married Elizabeth WILLIAMS(GA), her father was Andy WILLIAMS. They divorced after 1904, which was when my father Raymond FERGUSON was born, he married again and moved to TX. This is all I know about Fletcher or Robert A. Ferguson. I have uncles and aunts but they are all gone, and have lost contact with my Uncle Tom's family in TX. Still have contact with Aunt Pearl Ferguson ALGOODS's family. Need contract with other FERGUSON's who may have the answers to my questions. Linda Duncan |
