Surname: FERGUSON

Are there any Ferguson decendents that know that there family came originally from north carolina[randolph county] and emigrated to indiana somtime tin the 1830's are early 1840's[Rush County]. Later to Morgan County Indiana. Am looking for my great grandfathers parents. Census records suggest that they were born in North Carolina, too, sometime before or about 1800. After emigration to the west there is no indication who was left in the Indiana or North Carolina area.

Surname: FERGUSON, ROBBINS and WALKER

I am seeking more information on Robert Ferguson, b. ca. 1796 in NC, married Oct. 1814 in Bedford Co., TN to Sabrina Robbins, had at least two known sons while still living in Tenn: William Ferguson, b. 1819 and Marcus LaFayette Ferguson, b. 1825. They moved to Alabama before 1847 when Marcus married Mary Walker. Robert was a saddler by trade and served two terms in the War of 1812.
I am interested in the ancestors of Robert Ferguson. If anyone knows of something that might guide me in the correct direction, please let me know.

Surname: FERGUSON and PRYOR

Elias FERGUSON married Missouri Ann BOREN in Marshall Co. TN. Where was Elias born. Could it have been in North Carolina? If so where and when? Who are his parents. Any brothers and sisters? I have no death dates for either Elias or Missouri. I did not find their place of internment in Marshall Co.

Any help appreciated.

Surname: FERGUSON/FURGUSON and HANNA

My ancestor was a Scotsman named FERGUSON/FURGUSON first located in N. Car., married a half-breed Indian named Star-Chee. The family travelled to NW Ark. Star-Chee died before the trip or after beginning the trip. One child was Adaline b. 1831 who later married Henry HANNA in 1847. This couple was my g-g- grandparents. Any information about Adaline's parents who would be most helpful. I am waiting for the copy of the marriage license in hopes that it will give me some information as Adaline was 16 1/2 yrs. old when married.
